The Arbat hotel (Moscow) is one of the 4-star hotels in the capital of Russia. The hotel building was erected in the second part of the last century (1968), and till present days it has preserved the architectural style of that epoch. The hotel is situated in a quiet place, behind the building of MFA of Russia. Not so long ago the hotel was closed for ordinary guests, it was a hotel for foreign delegates of associates and leaders of brotherly socialist countries, coming to Russia under instructions of Party Central Committee. Nowadays the Arbat hotel belongs to the administrative affairs office of the President of the Russian Federation and it still accepts guests coming to the capital of Russia on affairs of state. Nevertheless the doors of the hotel are also open for all guests, notwithstanding their social status.
The Arbat Hotel is situated in a historical and cultural center of the capital, in several minutes of walking from the Kremlin, near the Old Arbat street, where native Muscovites and guests of the capital like to have a walk. You can also find here Red Square, trade center “Smolenskiy Passage”, museums of Pushkin, Gertsen, house-museum of the Aksakovs and many other cultural monuments.
There are 102 comfortable rooms in the Arbat hotel, which are equipped according to all requirements of modern standards and fashionably furnished. The rooms of the hotel can accept up to 200 people at a time. Besides all conveniences for relaxation, the hotel can also offer good conditions for business people who come to the capital on business trip. There is a conference hall for 100 people and several conference rooms for 15-75 people. The Arbat hotel guarantees the guests a high level of security.
15.12.06 Tour operators of a new association gathered in the Arbat hotel A meeting of representatives of some tour operators was held in the Arbat hotel, in “Baroque” hall. Eight people took part in the meeting, representatives of the following tour operators: Capital Tour, BSI group, Nataly Tours, PAC Group, KMP-group, Neva. Documents for creation of a new association were considered and task for the future were discussed. The association got the name ATOP (Association of Tour Operators of Russia).

The event was organized by the Publishing House Grebennikova and magazine “Brand management”.
